I placed the order before calling the Peshawar office confirming if black Airpods were available
When they confirmed then I placed the order
First order was dropped by the rider and had to place another order but they came white
Customer service is close to none only Lahore office helped but just quite
Customer service needs improvements since Peshawar office does not respond or pick up calls direct or Whatsapp neither
It would be great if Warsak can confirm in their sponsored ads that the product they are selling is a genuine product or not.
Only advertisement word used is "lot mei" or "container mei"
