 Our hassle-free with no question asked 15 days return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. Shop at Warsak Imported Collection(WIC) with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with an exchange, replacement or return within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made at WIC . 

  • To start a return, you can contact us at WhatsApp 03189958529 (text or voice message only)  or warsakimportedcollection@gmail.com.   • we have a 15 days return & exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not liked or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • The goods covered under return and exchange policy shall only be accepted if they are properly packed, and are in sellable condition.

  • Customers are advised to make video while opening parcel for any claim to determine for any damage , short contents or wrong items. No Video or video made after opening parcel shall not be eligible for any claim as we would not be able to fix  responsibility.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customer will bear the logistics cost of items that are to be returned or exchanged. The original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned along with the article. Care should be made to put original packaging in some carton or bubble wrap it & don't have any writing or tape on original packaging. 
  • once the parcel is shipped to WIC, customers are advised to share their dispatch receipt on the above mentioned WhatsApp number & remind us after 4 days whether parcel  received at WIC. Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to check and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to four (4) business days for the refund to get credited to your account. For refund, customers are advised to send their complete Bank account or Easypaisa account. Please remember that WIC will send screenshot of refund payment once its done, so no need to remind us about refund.
  • Delivery charges  shall be deducted from the amount refunded (mostly Rs 300 or 500) even for items with free delivery, as delivery charges are charged by courier service for all parcels.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items or gift cards.
  • WIC reserve the right to reject the exchange or return requests.
