Pathetic quality

I bought this binocular recently, but unfortunately, the result was very poor. The view was extremely blurry and nothing was clearly visible. I’ve returned the product now, it’s disappointing that I had to bear Rs. 300 as delivery charges upon receiving it, and Rs. 550 for the return. Now let’s see how many days it takes for the refund to be processed.

customer can return or exchange parcel if not liked. in that case delivery charges are paid by the customer. its clearly mentioned in our return policy
