Non operation toy - Drum set

I ordered two toys including a drum set and Vtech reader. VTech reader is operating well while drum set is not operation even after putting new batteries. Furthermore the drum set does not carry drum sticks. - Highly disappointed

ALL TOYS ARE CHECKED HERE BEFORE DISPATCHING AND ARE IN RUNNING CONDITION. FURTHER THESE ARE USED TOYS AND SHOWN IN POST WITH NO STICK. KINDLY WHATSAPP AT OUR COMPLAINT NUMBER 03189958529 TO GUIDE YOU PROPERLY
