delay order

i needed a shoe for traveling unfortunately i chose this store i ordered a shoe from the order came wit wrong size so i requested for exchange its been sent through. courier 7 days ago store received it as well but i haven't gotten the right pair of shoes yet i contacted tcs too they said they haven't received the parcel yet it is very frustrating !!!!
